 Tuesday, April 15th, 2008 Last month my dear friend Olly was visiting from England while he was on tour with his band, Johnny Truant. We didn't get a chance to do photos last time he was here, so I could not pass up this opportunity as his visits are few and far inbetween.  Monday, April 14th, 2008 I just noticed that the Dine Alone Records splash page was a nice collage made of the photos from the Waiting video shoot. It was a nice coincidence as I just got word of the new City&Colour video being filmed at the end of the month, which I am beyond excited about. Tomorrow I am doing a shoot for the summer issue of FASHION as well as on Friday shooting all the new promo photos for Wade Macneil and his side project, Black Lungs.  Wednesday, April 9th, 2008 Last weekend I did a shoot with Devon Soltendieck from MuchMusic. We had a nice day, dressed up fancy and ran to a few different spots around town. I even learnt that despite what I previously thought, sometimes direct sunlight can definitely be your friend. i will be updating my portfolio with some photos from the shoot soon. PS - Rachel McLean, you left your bike at my house so we may have borrowed it for a bit.  Monday, April 7th, 2008 I spent this past weekend in Calgary to photograph the big pre Juno party, Rockstar Hotel. Jess and I were staying at the events location, Hotel Arts and had lots of fun Juno nominee "roommates" for the weekend. As always, the party was extravagant from synchronized swimmers in the pool, tons of free swag, manicures and a bar everywhere you turned. I had a great time but am excited to get back home to my own bed, although I will miss the lovely ladies who made ours everyday. (Thank-you!) The first being of the most adorable Olivia Stren who is an amazing writer and such a sweetheart. The column test drive is such a great idea. Go read it so you can see what I am talking about. The second photo is of hair stylist to the stars, Marc Anthony. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done there recently and it was a wonderful experience.
